Welcome Mr. Hamilton to CMA

We are thrilled to welcome Mr. Tom Hamilton to Coast Mountain Academy. He will be the new grade 7 homeroom teacher, STEM 7, and Math 9 teacher. Here are a few words from Mr. Hamilton:

I am coming to CMA from the vibrant environment of West Point Grey Academy in Vancouver. As a teacher, I always place the students’ hearts and happiness at the centre of my approach. I believe that the classroom is a microcosm of society and that education is not just preparation for life, but life itself. I am thrilled to become a member of the CMA family and am excited to explore scientific and mathematical possibilities with the students, as well as embarking on some amazing adventures in nature.
