Faculty Position – French Teacher – 0.8 FTE

Coast Mountain Academy is seeking a qualified British Columbia teacher, specializing in French as a second language, to join our Faculty team for the 2025/26 school year. If you are a teacher with a passion for language learning and for working with both middle and high school students we invite you to consider Coast Mountain Academy. The ideal candidate for this position would be a teacher whose native language is French, whose personal pedagogy trends towards experiential and interdisciplinary education and active classrooms. Additionally, as outdoor education is a big part of our school’s curriculum, the ideal candidate would have experience in leading students on both day and overnight outdoor education expeditions. 

Coast Mountain Academy is a young and dynamic school, located on the Capilano University Campus in beautiful Squamish, BC. Our Faculty’s mission is to bring classroom learning to life.
