Alumni Spotlight – Alex Class of 2019

Every week for the month of October we will shine a spotlight on one of CMA’s amazing Alumni to see what they are up to these days.

Today we catch up with Alex who graduated from CMA in 2019. She is now completing her last Co-Op work placement through the University of Victoria’s Mechanical Engineering Program. Alex is working in Squamish with Sea to Sky Energy Solutions, a small company that operates run-of-river hydro power projects and designs devices to help increase production.

Alex will graduate this January and is planning to travel for 6 months before returning to a full-time position with this same company.
