Position Start Date – August 25, 2025
Full-Time: 5 Days per week – 8:15am – 3:45pm
Holidays: 11 weeks per year (School Holiday Periods)
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic school team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the daily operations of our school by assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that both staff and students have the resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will be a positive and friendly presence on campus: this position is also an outsider’s first impression of CMA! Additionally, the ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for working in a fast-paced, student-centered environment. Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive)
- Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Docusign, and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with MySchool or MyEd Student Information System (preferred, but training can be provided)
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Welcoming presence to assist visitors, staff, students, and parents
- Schedule meetings, book venues, and organize travel for school events
- Manage and troubleshoot attendance issues, run audits, and maintain accurate records
- Manage data collection, input, and upkeep of incoming and outgoing student files
- Research and prepare reports as needed
- Act as a liaison for school services (PAC, bus drivers, uniform providers, cleaners)
- Monitor and maintain inventory, supplies, and budget resources, including purchasing
- Assist the Director of Admissions and Communications with Admissions and Enrollment
- Support digital design and website updates.
- Help to plan and coordinate school-wide events, including the Graduation and Awards Ceremony
Remuneration for this part-time position will be in the $50,000 range, depending on qualifications and experience.
